Prior to going to market we took the opportunity to speak to 4 different real estate agents in the Pacific Pines area. Marcello was enthusiastic about our home, he could really see the work we put into it. Marcello came to the meeting with great knowledge of the area and had a great plan to sell our home. We instantly felt at ease with Marcello. From that meeting we knew he wanted to get the best result for us and it wasn't about just selling a house. With great support from Shane our house was only the market for 7 days, we had 1 open home that bought 4 offers that exceeded our expectations.
