Nick was available as often as I needed him to be. He went on holidays and he was still available. Nick sold two of our properties in 2025 and did a great job on both. Nick is the hardest working agent I know. The last sale was a slow one for a few reasons but Nick never gave up and finally got us a sale price with which we were happy, notwithstanding it was lower than we wanted (often the case, right).
