Kelly did an excellent job in a difficult market (stubborn vendor and buyer 😂). She always made herself available and followed through when she would check something out. There was a lot of to and fro for her but she stuck with it with good backup from her team.

He didn’t just take our initial offer - he listened to the fact that we offered our initial price but was willing to go higher if needed. We really wanted the block but didn’t want to spend more than needed to achieve this.
