Barr and Standley were thorough from the first enquiry. Followed up promptly, kept us informed through the process. They're advice and knowledge of the market ultimately got us more than we were expecting from the sale of mum's property.

He was realistic and understood the market

We engaged Jay Standley from Barr and Standley to sell a property. From our first conversation through to the approval of the offer, Jay was an excellent communicator. He kept us informed at every stage and always provided clear, straightforward explanations of the process, options, and next steps. There was no confusion about where things stood or what was required from us. Jay made what can be a stressful process feel well-managed and transparent. We appreciated his consistent communication and the clarity he brought throughout the entire sale. We would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property.
