He was successful in selling my house in a matter of weeks! After it had been on the market for over 4 months with another company. I switched to Jackson and I am very happy I did! Jackson is very client motivated. I didn't have to tell him that I was selling my first home (that I have put alot of time and effort into over the years) and it wasn't an investment property. I felt like he understood how much it meant to me and how big of a deal it was for me to sell. Jackson communicated with me regularly. I moved so am over 8 hours away so it was so nice and very easy to get in touch with him. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on including photographer, the for sale sign, garden maintenance, open house, the pest and building and he provided me advice when I asked for it. He was so proactive. Getting everything arranged and sorted in a matter of days. He listened to me and answered all questions I had, even if I felt they were a bit silly.
