The final negotiations in relation to offers received seemed to be handled by Lucinda in a reassuring, calm and rational manner so that we fully understood what the offer was and what matters or alternatives we needed to be aware of. Without much fanfare or fuss Lucinda achieved the price we were seeking and we could not be happier with the service she provided when considering we were selling a property on acreage which posed additional challenges.
