Tim also really looked after us throughout the complicated selling & buying phase. Fantastic & so easy to work with. Really good people skills & genuinely nice person! We also really appreciated how he made us feel like he valued our home as much as we did, & also as mentioned delivered the results! :)

Out of the blue, we found a lovely home that really suited our taste. Problem number one was to find an agent that is familiar with Peregian Springs, and has the knowledge, personality and ability to list our property on market and finding a buyer in short time. The perfect man for the job was Matt Briggs. As we have known Matt for some time he jumped at the chance to help us move on. He gave us his appraisal on our property, to our liking, and then proceeded to outline his method of marketing. He was ever so helpful, taking control and spending so much of his time giving those who came through the door a full experience.
