We were the purchasers and to have Natalie as the agent was such a wonderful and easy experience. We had open and honest communication, Natalie kept us informed during the buying process. Unfortunately we had already signed another agent before dealing with Natalie, if there had been a way to change to Natalie we would have done it in a second, they were such contrasting experiences. Natalie has experience and communication beyond 99% of Canberra agents!!
