Brendan knows the area (Bedfordale) very well and developed a marketing plan on the spot, focussing on the features that would sell the property. We asked him what we needed to do to maximise the appeal and he gave very good feedback about what did and didn't need improving, to attract a buyer. Considering the amount of re-painting and polishing we thought we should do, he saved us many weeks of unnecessary work. Just focus on what's important.
