Wanil approached me with an off market sale of my property with a buyer ready to go before it was even listed. As a consequence, I had to do very little (and definitely no advertising and home opens) from start to finish. Smooth sailing, no issues.

I asked wanill for a couple of favours As we were 750 kms away. He did not hesitate and we found Him easy to deal with. We thank him for his time.

I found Wanil through an online inquiry, and I’m so glad I did—especially since I live in a different state. He made everything easy and stress-free, even from a distance. His communication was excellent, always keeping me updated and explaining everything clearly. Wanil was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He knows the Kalgoorlie market really well and gave great advice without ever being pushy. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and makes the process smooth—even if you’re not local—I’d definitely recommend Wanil. Big thanks for all your help!

Norm and his team provided exceptional support throughout the entire purchasing process; I highly recommend their services.

norm was fair to deal with, his heart was in the sellers side of sale as that was who he was representing but understood where i was coming from during the purchase of our new property and helped where possible

I highly recommend First National Real Estate to any prospective purchaser, landlord or tenant. My recent purchase in Somerville was an end-to-end seamless experience from my first interactions with Norm, communications with Emma, through to Kathryn providing me great rental insight and property inspections, through to Rebecca, who has secured a new two year lease. Kandee, Sheryl and Kelli have also provided great assistance. I can't thank the team enough - loving your great teamwork!
