The process they outlined saw us only require one Home Open. The marketing plan they offered ensured that the 30 minute window of opportunity saw 7 groups pass through, with 4 of them submitting strong offers. Communication of these was prompt and professional when tabled to Monique. I was at work in the Pilbara but was included via speaker phone.
