Gemma Bevan was absolutely fantastic. Gemma's property appraisal was spot on with price. The marketing was great and everyone loved the video. Gemma's for sale sign went up on Wednesday 12th November and she sold the property to a cash buyer on Monday 17th November. Gemma met with the buyers at the home open, then organised a private viewing at the home. We left Gemma to do her fantastic job with the buyers and came home to a hand written cash offer. Chelsea made the process of buying my first home far less worrisome. While I had the bare minimum knowledge of the home-buying process, Chelsea always answered all my questions with great enthusiasm, kindness, and expertise. We purchased our property through John Brandsen of Harcourts Mandurah in May '23, and as a result of the manner in which he conducted himself chose to utilise his services when we decided to list that same property for sale last month.
