Sommai was very quick to reply to our initial contact. We chose Sommai because she lived in the area and knew the area well. We were very startled at the cost of advertising - the upfront payment seemed excessive for the advertising that occurred. But we received a refund of some unspent funds when the property was sold. Sommai was friendly and efficient but we would have liked more frequent updates on how things were going. We often had to contact her to ask for progress reports. One thing that surprised us - when our lawyer sent us the statement of costs incurred in selling the property, apart from Sommai's commission there was an added fee of $750 which had no apparent explanation: we did not recall that being mentioned earlier as part of our agreement with Sommai. Generally, Sommai tried to reduce the stress of settling my deceased daughter's estate. We wish her well.

Sommai was excellent to deal with , not pushy , knew the property , I would definately ask for her help if selling or buying in the future .

I cannot recommend Sommai highly enough. She has always responded to questions or concerns quickly and with consideration - and has gone above and beyond throughout a difficult contract negotiation. Thanks Sommai!
