Warwick sold two properties for me. I am based in Sydney, so needed to work with Warwick remotely which was not a hassle. He helped me work with a heap of different trades to get the properties into the best condition for sale and achieve the highest sale price. He communicated exceptionally the whole way through and negotiated a great sales (price) outcome, despite a softening market. He demonstrated great integrity and is an agent you can really trust. He even organised for his property management team to look after the existing lease when Cayzer abandoned me after 15 years when I didn't give them the listing.
