Selling our long‑held family home as part of an estate was always going to be emotional and complex, so choosing the right agent mattered a lot. We spoke with several agencies, compared fee structures and marketing strategies, and ultimately chose Rachel Lawrie, at Stadium Real Estate, because of her clear, data‑driven approach and performance‑based commission structure that aligned her interests with ours. From the start, Rachel’s campaign was thoroughly planned and very well executed. The marketing across the major portals and other channels generated strong enquiry and excellent numbers through the opens. By auction night there were 25 registered bidders and more than 80 bids before the hammer fell, which translated into a final sale price that far exceeded our expectations and appears to set a benchmark result for the area. Communication throughout was excellent. Rachel and her assistant, Kashalia, provided regular written updates with hard numbers, honest feedback from buyers, and clear recommendations on pricing, reserve setting, deposit and settlement terms. Rachel also worked seamlessly with our conveyancer and was flexible in accommodating the particular needs of an estate sale, including remote family members joining by video and the separate sale or retention of furniture, while still ensuring vacant possession by settlement. On a personal level, Rachel combined high energy and negotiation skill with genuine empathy. She understood that this was not just a transaction but the sale of a much‑loved family home, and she and Kashalia handled the process with sensitivity and professionalism from start to finish. Overall, we feel we “hit the ball out of the park” with the result and are very glad we put our trust in Rachel and the Stadium Real Estate team. I would have no hesitation recommending Rachel to others looking to sell, particularly where a premium outcome and strong communication are important.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic, she was highly knowledgeable about the state of the market, very personable, an excellent communicator, and spot on in terms of what we could realistically expect our house to sell for. She was also very good at communicating with potential buyers and assessing their likely bidding limits. On auction day she was able to leverage this knowledge during negotiations with the high bidder to get us a great result. We highly recommend Rachel to anybody contemplating selling their house.
