Steve negotiated very well for us after the building and pest inspection showed up some minor issues and we felt like NGU had our best interests at heart the whole way through. They also put us in contact with great conveyancers as well as a Pool Fence Certification company. They really took care of everything and made a potentially scary time feel quite manageable.
