We were kept in the loop during every stage of the sales process. The price we wanted to achieve was inline with the range provided by Kirsten and we sold the property for a price in that range. Kirsten covered all of the marketing costs and they were considerable. Kirsten walked the neighbourhood doing letter box drops and placing flyers in local businesses. The first offer, and the one we accepted, was from our tenants. There was some difficulty getting the contract signed by all parties and Kirsten was firm but fair managing this. If you want a hands on boutique experience selling your property we can't recommend Kirsten highly enough.
