There are not enough words of praise for Jackie Taylor-Fox!! We needed to sell our property to be able to purchase an apartment in Victoria Towers, Southport. We decided that it was best to have the same agent to sell and buy as we supposed it would be a better arrangement. Little did we know that it would be one of the best decisions we have made in years. We had a conditional purchase just in case our home did not sell for the price we expected. Jackie worked so hard with each enquiry being a personal inspection, not an open house. At all times she was positive, which kept our spirits up, as we all know selling and buying homes is a stressful business. Jackie was able to liaise with all parties involved and keep us all informed, not an easy task. The highlight was her knowledge of where we were wishing to relocate, Victoria Towers, Jackie knows every detail of the building and how it operates, knowing also the best moving company to use with knowledge of the building, booking the lift, power, every little detail was taken care of and she is still a wonderful support to us since moving. Jackie we salute you, you are such a positive, kind, generous, giving person, we are so lucky to have found you. Roger and Noela Story

Jackie was very patient, kind, understanding, very respectful and professional through the whole selling process :-) I have never sold a property before and I was very nervous and Jackie was very kind and understanding through the whole selling process :-) She got me a great price for my unit and knows the Southport area very well :-)

she is always looking after her client with professional manner.

My husband and myself had an incredible experience buying through David at Image Property. The whole process from inspecting the property to placing an offer was seamless. Settlement made so simple by fabulous communication. David is a super friendly guy and we would definitely recommend any prospective seller to utilise his skills and agency. Thanks David for everything!

David was very helpful and dedicated to the sale. He kept us updated along every step of the way.

It has been many years since I bought a property. Entering an aggressive property market was daunting. From the moment I entered this property, it felt like home. After a few days of transparent negotiations, I was successful in securing the property. David was very knowledgeable, supportive & available to answer the many questions I had. Despite a 2 month settlement over the Christmas holiday period, David remained available, problem solving as inevitable issues arose. Highly recommend. Thanks

Anna was absolutely wonderful throughout the process of selling my home. She was supportive, thoughtful, and always available whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. Her knowledge, professionalism, and calm approach made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciated how caring and dedicated she was from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking to sell their home!

We had a great experience working with Anna throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make things smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and timely, and we felt well supported from start to finish. Anna’s knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out, and we truly appreciated her dedication and positive attitude. We would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and committed real estate professional. Thank you again, Anna!

If I could give Anna Tang 10 stars, I would. She is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, Anna’s deep knowledge and experience in the industry were clear. She didn't just help me buy an investment property; she guided me with the strategic insight of a true Area Specialist. She understood the market nuances, the long-term potential, and exactly what to look for. But what truly sets Anna apart is her heart of gold. She consistently went above and beyond her duties. The process involved countless documents, forms, inspections, and coordination for property maintenance. Anna managed every single detail with precision and patience, ensuring nothing was missed. She didn't just facilitate the purchase; she helped safeguard my investment every step of the way. When it later came time to sell the property, the experience was just as seamless. Her expertise shone through again, from pricing it right to navigating the sales process flawlessly. Anna is more than an agent; she is a dedicated partner in your real estate journey. Her combination of professional excellence and genuine care is rare. I will always recommend her services to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest. Thank you, Anna, for everything!
