Difficulties arose with the purchaser not being able to sell her property and meet the settlement date. I highly recommend Craig as a realtor. I have to say that his listing pictures were accurate - no funny business with fish eye lenses here! Craig gave us excellent service as the purchaser. He was great with respect to working with the seller for a counter offer. He recommended an excellent solicitor and was always there when we had any questions. We had a very long settlement period (90 days) and he kept in touch throughout. His settlement hamper was absolutely amazing. He’s just an all around nice bloke and his staff were excellent. Again, I highly recommend his services as a realtor estate agent.
