Agencies in Sunshine Coast

We were fortunate enough to have Emma De Marco sell our first property in Brisbane promptly, professionally and effortlessly. We had no hesitation in engaging Emma to sell our home on the Sunshine Coast recently. It was no trouble for Emma to commute from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast for open houses, private inspections mutlyply times per week during the entire process. We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed with the service, expertise, guidance and commitment we received from Emma which resulted in our home achieving the suburbs record price.  We would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking to buy or sell any property.

Josh and Matt have a great knowledge of the local area and were a pleasure to work with.

We bought our property unseen from interstate with the help from Suzanne and her friendly team. They went out of their way to accommodate our queries and assisted us every step of the way. Suzanne was always a available and promptly returned our calls. The office provide us with detailed assistance and special thanks to Leylah.

We've bought and sold a number of properties around the Noosa area, and working with Jeffries Property Group was definitely a completely different experience. We particularly liked the open, frequent communication and visibility of enquiries. Previously we have had to agitate agents for information but Lucas kept us in the loop continuously. We also found Lucas to be engaging, energetic and proactive, he worked tirelessly to get results. I was impressed with the targeted marketing campaign and our pictures and video looked super slick. Lucas is definitely the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much Kate & Fiona for looking after my best interests. Top job you kept me well informed throughout the selling process and ended up with an exceptional result and smooth settlement for both parties. I would recommend Yandina Realty for your real estate needs. I will defiantly be using your services in the near future.

The sale of our home was difficult, 1 bathroom and no garages. The internal color scheme was ' different ' and the large rainforest / entertaining areas both a delight and a possible chore. Chris was able to navigate all the issues with considerable patience and skill. At all times Chris was prompt and provided excellent feed-back. I would recommend Chris as both a quality person and sales agent.
