Dealing with Alisa from hinternoosa real estate was a real pleasure. She was very thorough and made the whole process easy. She is very experienced and gave us great advice and assisted us every step along the way. We received continual feedback and nothing was too much trouble for her. Alisa worked hard and got us the best result we could have hoped for. We would highly recommend Alisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks Alisa.

Alisa came highly recommended and on our first meeting we knew she was a perfect fit for us. Her genuine interest in our property any knowledge of the market and the changing climate was instantly apparent. We fully trusted her judgement and her knowledge based on extensive experience. Alisa’s access to a skillful team kept our interests at the forefront during the whole process.

Alisa and her whole team were fabulous from start to finish. Very genuine and easy to have a conversation with. Really felt cared for and not just about the sale. We have been searching for a home for 2 years and Hinternoosa inspections were always the ones we walked away from feeling valued and heard. Thank you Alisa and Team!

Sharolyn worked closely with me in the six month preparation needed to ready my property for sale. As a remote owner, with a property requiring many points of attention pre-sale, Sharolyn was always available to mediate with different trades and stay the course, right up to sale. Without her commitment and encouragement, I don’t know how a busy and remote owner like me could have succeeded. Sharolyn is both practical as well as emotionally intelligent, and has a never give up attitude to her work. She is of course professional and knowledgeable about the market like most agents , but she really is so much more. Her guiding of the process was so essential that describing her as an agent seems a serious understatement. Don’t know what would have happened without her. I thoroughly recommend Sharolyn as a trustworthy and effective agent with an impressive work ethic and highly personable style.

Carol's knowledge of local industry, her warm and professionalism whilst maintaining down- to-earth communication style were great.

The decision to assign the sale of my house to Sharolyn was a given. Sharolyn sold the house to me 5 years previous and knew the property well. Sharolyn went above and beyond in the preparation of selling my property investing time and effort into staging the property correctly with flow and coordination. Once I was convinced to 'meet' the market, potential buyers came forward and within the space of one more open house, the property was sold signed off the next day. All in all, a total of three weeks from start to sign off on contract. Thanks Sharolyn for the above and beyond effort you put into selling my home. Best regards
