We had interviewed a number of property managers before choosing them, and they stood out immediately. Emma was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, which gave us confidence we were making the right choice. From there, Lee (no longer with the business) and Ryan were also outstanding. The communication, follow-up and overall management of the property were consistently strong, and we always felt like everything was being handled properly. When it came time to sell, the experience continued to be just as positive. Despite selling in a cooling property market, Aris was calm, reassuring and completely in control throughout the campaign.
