The market was down when we were selling the property. The agent was in contact with us of the market . The agent held many open house before the sale went through.

Duncan was responsive and professional. He was on top of things. I do think he could have been a bit stronger in his negotiation skills with the buyers but I understand the market didn't help. His partner who took over temporarily while he was on leave was was less impressive. His partner got my name wrong multiple occasions despite being corrected in writing.
