From start to finish, Dee was everything you’d hope for in an agent. She communicated clearly and promptly, never leaving us in the dark, and consistently went above and beyond what we expected. The fact that she worked through the long weekend without missing a beat says a lot about her commitment to her clients. She was warm, professional, and made the whole experience far more enjoyable than we anticipated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Dee and Cyndia sold our unit and the whole process was seamless and professional. Their communication was outstanding as we were never left guessing where we were at. They went above and beyond with the sale even as the final negotiations were well 'after-hours'. We are very happy with the outcome of the sale and the efficiency of Uther + Sun. It was a very streamlined process and I would highly recommend them.

Dee was wonderful to work with. She was always on top of everything always contactable and communicated with me every step of the way. She inspired full confidence that took so much stress out of a process that can be quite scary. Her people skills are legendary. And she and her partner Cyndia form a very close and efficient team. I would recommend her unreservedly.

Aish was very thorough and kept us in the loop, we had the house for sale with another agent before swapping over to Aish and the communication and transfer was seamless, Aish had a different approach to the other agents, and it appears to work very well id thoroughly recommend Aish and his team to sell your house he was also very considerate and worked in with our busy schedule for showing the house

Our block of land just sold by A4acres. I had a pleasure working with Aishveer , he was with me in every step of the way, ensuring every detail was handled with expertise. He kept me up to date with all the activities after each inspection. He worked very hard to get the sale over the time. I am happy to recommend him and wishing him successful in his business. Thank you so much.

Aish came to us highly recommended from a lady in our area. We immediately loved his approach. It felt easeful and low fuss which felt like a huge relief for us after being on the market for a while. After only a few walkthroughs, we had 2 offers on the table and one of them came through as our buyer. Aish is a genuine and down to earth guy that was also able to get the job done. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell... especially if that process has been long and drawn out. Thanks Aish.
