From the outset, Rob took control of preparation and presentation and helped us to axpresent our property to the absolute best inside and out. He even arranged for the Body Corporate to update Strata areas. He showed us all comparable property sales, recommended a realistic Price Guide, and ran a very thorough Open Home program, personally supervising the presentation of every viewing. In the end, we had so many buyers he was able to negotiate a satisfactory price for us prior to auction (a record for the area) and negotiated a 6-week Settlement to help with our transfer to our next property. We highly recommend Rob to anyone selling their property … he is the best communicator, honest and fair, a real professional.
