Ed Balfour acted as my real estate agent, and I have the highest praise for both him and Theo Polous. Ed was always available either in person or at the other end of the phone, and if I felt guilty about tagging him too much then there was always assistance to be had from his Katoomba office. Just like John Steed from the original ‘Avengers’ series, Ed was knowledgeable, never fazed, and relentless (he also comes immaculately presented, which enhances his likeness to Steed!). While I am an extremely satisfied vendor, I’m certain that the purchaser is also equally as satisfied with the outcome of the sale, testament to the integrity of Ed and the Theo Polous team.

Kent was a terrific agent when it came time to selling my house. Everything was articulated to me very clearly and at every point in the process, I was consulted with to make sure he got the best outcome for me. Ended up getting me the higher end of what I wanted, and I felt that my interests were always at the forefront of his mind when going into bat for me. I rented my property with the team at Quakers Hill for 14 years (with Lyndell and Sandy) and both were always super quick on email replies and efficient with executing any action required.
