So despite being remote, having a complex holding structure, limited access and selling under lease, everything went really smoothly. George got me a very pleasing outcome. Millie is neat as a pin, smartly put together, down to earth and generates rapport with potential buyers through good old solid folksiness and genuine great attitude. She breaks her back and schedules to do private inspections rain or shine and she diligently follows up with them and keeps them warm and responds to their queries promptly and professionally. I am sure she will go on to do great things!
