Paul was absolutely outstanding. He worked tirelessly throughout the Christmas and New Year break to show the property we were selling to many people as possible. He always maintained communication with us regarding the process and negotiations which led to a sale result we were very happy with. The whole experience was clearly presented and discussed from start to finish. The process was clearly explained and outlined. David was thoughtful and approachable and unlike most real estate agents, I felt pretty transparent which is so important. He also looked a t every option and did his best in quite a difficult market. I would have liked information to be delivered a little more directly perhaps and have been included in the loop at the start, as I occasionally found I was receiving information after my ex partner ( I am aware that sometimes this is unavoidable however).
