Kris was very professional during the whole process. She handled negotiations efficiently and kept us well‑informed at every step. She was reliable and patient and gave us some great practical advice. We were very happy with the price and only just after 2 weeks on the market.

Duncan was responsive and professional. He was on top of things. I do think he could have been a bit stronger in his negotiation skills with the buyers but I understand the market didn't help. His partner who took over temporarily while he was on leave was was less impressive. His partner got my name wrong multiple occasions despite being corrected in writing.
