In Nov 2022 I decided to move elsewhere and sought out a Real Estate Agent to handle the sale of my prestige Manly apartment. I approached and held discussions with the two leading RE Agents in Manly, one of whom was Candice Cattell from Stone Real Estate. I was impressed from the outset with Candice due to her in-depth market knowledge, professional approach and her immediate grasp of the market dynamics we were facing in a rising interest rate environment. Having handled previous sales of many of the apartments in my block, Candice had an in-depth knowledge of the important features and location benefits of my apartment and developed a comprehensive marketing plan that positioned my apartment strategically against the competition in the market at the time. Candice was an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times and was backed up by a very effective office team. She communicated extremely well and often, providing regular feedback and sound advice. Nothing was too much trouble. She was at all times open minded accepting suggestions and input to the sales process and I found it a very rewarding and happy vendor/agent partnership, the outcome of which was a successful sale which was a record for the apartment block. Josh was bery professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. His assistant, Bec was very helpful Josh listened to my wishes not to have the house knocked down and a new development created in its place, and proposed a clear plan as to how to achieve that, by spending minimal money to restore the house to have maximal effect. POA worked very well to obtain a maximum price for the house. But not sure I would want to be a buyer at the other end! The house sold in 1 month at a very good price and I am very happy with the process and the outcome.
