We had a great experience with McGrath when we sold 6 years ago at the height of the market so had no doubts about who we would use when we decided to sell again . A week after we put our house on the market the market crashed and we lost 10% of our homes value overnight. I want to sale my unit. Mr Tran was advised all the necessary things to do anh he was taking care of it. He was a đốt the price and it pro and cons. The unit get on the market very quickly and sold. I am happy with the price. I like very much Mr Tran attitude to work. He will answer my call or get back within 5-15 minute. He still work after 10 pm just to inform me the latest news.
