I chose Eva and Daniel based on a friend recommendation and they did a great job. I was very impressed with their market knowledge but what sealed the deal was that they had recently sold two townhouses in the same complex. They offered good options for minor renovations but two days after receiving the marketing contract they were able to present a very attractive pre-market offer which I accepted, saving a load of hassle and marketing expense. It was very handy that they came to the table with some unsuccessful bidders from their previous auctions in the complex but I was very impressed with their level of communication both with me and my solicitor, and the speed with which they were able to organise walk-throughs with prospective buyers.
