Fayez was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the current market situation was very good. He went the extra mile to make sure we always had potential buyers at our opening days. He followed up each potential buyer after the visit and had a good understanding of where they stood as buyers. He kept us informed. When we sold our house the market was very depressed but overall Fayez got us the best price we could of hoped for at that time.
