I’m very happy with the service provided by Andrew, who went well beyond my expectations. I was kept informed at every stage and Andrew was available to answer my questions when needed. I was a very nervous first time seller, so having someone I could rely on to help me through the process was reassuring.

Daniel has an excellent knowledge of the market gained over many years through his extensive first hand experience in the industry and the area. He has sold a number of properties for us over the years always obtaining a higher price than previous similar sales in the block/street. We wanted to sell quickly and Bryan worked the whole system round the time frame.. He was efficient and spoke to us with confidence and walked us through the process of selling . Bryan organized the furniture display and our home looked amazing and we sold really well on the first home inspection ...amazing !! We were very happy with our sales outcome and Bryan was very professional in all our dealings ... I dont want to 'sell' again ! but if we did we would use Picket Fences !

Arron displayed good communication skills which I firmly believe helped with the sale of our house. Appreciated the straight to the point style. Appreciated our timing of listing for sale could have been better. Happy with costs and commitment of Arron.
