Absolutely Fantastic

David couldn't have done any more to make the whole process of selling our home any easier. Given as the owners of the property we were interstate at the time, David organised and arranged everything on our behalf to maximise the selling price of our property - which he achieved in the timeframe he aimed for. Couldn't be happier with the result and even more with the process given it was a stress free as possible. Would highly recommend and use for future property sales.

Excellent outcome time and time again

Daniel has an excellent knowledge of the market gained over many years through his extensive first hand experience in the industry and the area. He has sold a number of properties for us over the years always obtaining a higher price than previous similar sales in the block/street. We always and only use Daniel due to his professionalism, knowledge and experience. Most importantly Daniel has always delivered on the agreed price and often exceeded it. We could not be happier with the service and results he delivers time and time again.

Professional, Knowledgable and great people skills

Daniel sold my house after one open home for a price I was very happy with. His knowledge of the current market, was spot on. His calmness and willingness to answer any question I had, made the whole process easy and effortless - at least on my part as a first time seller. Daniel goes the extra mile with everyone involved, communicates clearly and timely, and doesn't let anything slip. From beginning to end he has been a pleasure to work with.
