Also due to the difficulty's of the situation was able to extend the settlement date a couple of times for us to give us time as getting paperwork to me for signing on a mine site was time consuming, plus other little difficulty's that presented was met with understanding and helpfulness.

She was proactive, professional, and she made the process much easier than I was expecting. This is particularly meaningful given that there were still moving parts with the negotiation to deal with.
