I was referred to this group by a friend and this is probably why. Vince and the PPDRE team (nod to Alexander Phillips here) are an example of how business should be done. I have never been involved in something so significant as selling a home, and having so little to do. The entire process was seamless and within one month we have gone from initial conversations about selling our property, to a sale. I have never seen such a high level of followup, follow through and communication in business. I cannot recommend Vince and this group highly enough.

Daniel and Amit provided first class service in selling our investment property. They informed us throughout the whole process and provided candid feedback and advice, which is what you want and need. I didn’t have to meddle nor did I feel the need to at any stage. It was a difficult property to sell and attact interest due to the size and shape of the block, but the team strategised and adjusted their approach to attract and secure a buyer from another campaign. The experience was like drinking champagne with this team compared to drinking flat beer with the previous agent (you can see in previous reviews). Daniel was opportunistic enough to knock on the door to check out the property on auction day with the previous agent… lucky he did!
