What a pleasure it was to deal with Lesley Rowan. Lesley guided me all the way through what was required to sell my home of 30+ years. I wasn’t rushed BUT guided all of the way. From the very start of the process, when we decided to proceed with Criag as our selling agent, we knew we had made the right decision. Purchasing this property was quite the ordeal. Martin made promises some of which he kept, some he didn't. Towards the end of the purchase Martin was unable to give the time and attention needed to give answers to the questions posed and access to the property at convenient times. Never got a full set of keys and and bedroom curtains were missing on handover. There just seemed to be one crisis after another and he really didn't know the property very well at all. Felt quite betrayed really.
