Chris is an extraordinary realtor. His knowledge of the property and area is immense. His communication and social skills are second to none. If you are looking for property in the Huon Valley look no further than Chris Duggan.

It was hard to believe I was being shown around the block by a real estate agent. Chris is unlike any real estate agents I have ever met. There was no rushing. No questioning. The tours of properties were thorough and interesting, with his local knowledge of the land and native wildlife. He went above and beyond to show us areas of the property of great beauty, even if it required a bit of a hike. He was incredibly generous with his time with us, I can't recommend Chris enough. He was fantastic to deal with and a genuinely lovely person. Thank you Chris.

When it came time to sell our house I didn't have much of an idea what the market value of it was and after getting three appraisals we decided on using Chris Duggan. We had previously engaged Chris with some other dealings and as the value of appraisals were approximately the same and felt that his knowledge was extensive. We were happy with the resulting offer and we settled on the sale price.

From day one of listing we were confident we had chosen the right agent. Shaelagh familiarised herself with all the history and features of the property and carried out all the open homes and private inspections solo. Her reporting back was precise and articulate. When pressed for a gut feeling following an inspection she was always forthcoming and honest ,which is exactly what we expected. The journey of selling our property took quite a while , 15 months to be exact and three contracts. We obviously got a bit down when for one reason or another a contract never materialised. Shaelagh never got down however, her optimistic dialog alway righted the ship and we soldiered on. Over that period of time Shaelagh become part of our extended family and could actually anticipate our responce to situations as they arose.

Shae was so great to deal with from wo to go!!! We felt confident at all times that we were in the best hands throughout the whole process of buying our new forever home. We have had bad experiences with previous real estate agents but Shae made our experience one of our best ever.
