Blake and the team got a considerably better revised offer. The buyer was keen for a quick win after apparently missing out on several properties previously. Blake showed confidence and experience to respond quickly and successfully to what for me was a surprising turn of events. I was expecting this would be long hard work. But the buyer was asking to not give other prospective buyers the chance to compete at auction. This had value and was worthy of a higher offer. It all happened so quickly I was quite 'blown away' by it all. Blake was cool and calm through the whole thing which was very reassuring. In the end both buyer and seller happy I think. This was the second sale Blake successfully conducted for me.
