He always gave feedback after visits from potential buyers and worked well with the tenants and was always on time and well prepared. He knew the area very well and was able to inform us as vendors, and potential buyers with up to date market analysis. Chris works out of professional and efficient office and that backup was helpful. There was a lot of hard work that went into this sale which would not have been possible without Chris' integrity and professionalism.
