From start to finish there was great communication about what to expect and how the process would go. Steve has a solid understanding of the market in Canberra was honest about what price range we could expect for our unit and we landed within that range. He set us up with a group chat where he and his team answered any questions we had along the way. It felt like we were in constant communication throughout the process and I don’t think we ever waited more than a few minutes for a reply. They were able to recommend all of the services that we needed from conveyancing to maintenance and organized everything for us which took a lot of the stress out of selling. A big shout out to Tiffany who went above and beyond during the whole process. I think we decided on getting new carpet for the unit on a Tuesday and she had it quoted by Thursday and installed on the Saturday. It felt like there was no wasted time during the process with Steve and his team remaining focused on getting us the best possible outcome. Overall Steve and his team were fantastic to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone selling, especially, if you’re first timers like we were.
