Michelle Wegener is a professional real estate agent and worked fairly well through the process of buying my new house. The only issue I had with Michelle the she would not allow a certain Pest & Building inspector on the property which put a lot of unnecessary stress just the before un-conditional date. If anyone is using Michelle just double check if the Pest & Building contractor is not known to her so the sale will flow smoothly.

The selling process was smooth and no fuss. Jas and Mark are very easy to communicate with, always answers phone calls and answers every questions we had. We would have wanted the price to be over what was asked but they have chosen the right buyers for us to look after the first home we’ve owned and loved.
