The company he is Director of, handled the selling of the property in 2013 and my father (whom handled a lot of communications) contacted Raine and Horne, Melton, for their feedback and (hopeful) help/knowledge of Melton area. Such a load of my mind; knowing there was help out there! He handled documentation for trades to update the property and assisted with trades in renovation of property to selling. Overall, it was a stress free experience Kieran strived for the best result during changeover with 2026 budget, having a list of sellers keen to buy in the area. Due to legalities when selling, I had a lawyer, and Kieran kept in contact with her as well.
