Rob and Gabby ran an excellent campaign for us. They were diligent in following every lead and kept us very much in the loop on what was happening. For three months we had openhouse inspections every weekend and often during the week as well, and each one of them was at least a 2 hour round trip for them. At the beginning of the campaign we met with them to develop a strong marketing plan, and the whole experience felt like a partnership from that point on. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and this was by far our best experience. And most importantly we got a good price.

With an extremely large home to sell, that admittedly needed some serious renovation, I found the Elders Real Estate Teams’ persistence very satisfactory. I was kept well informed of any viewings and open house days that were scheduled and insights into how I may make my home more appealing. Information on market shifts, potential buyers and an up to date analysis of viewings through the internet had me well informed of how well my property was received within a shifting market. Overall a great job on a hard sell.
