After interviewing six agents, Mark Lowe stood out immediately. His approach was genuine, strategic and refreshingly grounded. He listened carefully, never applied pressure, and consistently made us feel he was acting as a trusted adviser rather than simply trying to secure a listing. Mark, along with Shauna and the wider team, was exceptionally responsive, organised and professional throughout the campaign. Even during some complex moments behind the scenes, they remained calm, measured and focused on achieving the best outcome for us. The difference between Mark and the other agents we met was striking. He brought a level of emotional intelligence, market understanding and authenticity that is difficult to manufacture and very easy to value once you experience it.
