The nature of our home and the timing that we needed to sell did not make for a quick and easy sale process. Dural is a lovely place to live, but it has some challenges. In this time, she was an ocean of calm in otherwise stormy seas. A true professional. We were fortunate to have Ben and his whole team at Guardian watching out for our best interests. Selling one's home is an emotionally challenging thing to do, and you need to trust the people you engage are on your team will look after your interests. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any future vendor or landlord.

They should expand on their buyer profile as only the young parents were the main buyers. Otherwise, Zain is great to work with. He arranged all my tradesmen, provided access to Campaign agent. everything was no fuss. He was always available when I needed him.

Adrian was very helpful and terrific with his communication. He made himself available for multiple calls and inspections. He was considerate when arranging inspections and respected that the property was our home. He offered lots of support when preparing the house for sale.
