Bryan was really wonderful to work with. He was always available and generous with his time, which I feel was primary when working with him to sell the property. He went above and beyond with his assisting me in preparing the place for sale and his recommendations were always spot on. Nothing seems to unsteady his friendly and pleasant demeanour and I think that's what makes him probably one of Sydney's, if not Australia's best agents. Anthony is enthusiastic, but realistic about the property market. We appreciated his recommendations in terms of having a short but decisive marketing campaign followed by a twilight auction. I was impressed by Anthony's willingness to meet some potential purchasers outside usual open for inspection times. In our case Anthony was selling a property at Balmain outside his usual area; this made no difference to his ability to obtain a terrific price for our waterfront apartment. Anthony is reliable and a fantastic communicator. There were three vendors involved and he kept all of us "in the loop" at all times. We where advised from local neighbours that a great Real Estate agent - Louise was the person to deal with when selling in Inner West and they were not wrong. We arranged a meeting and the marketing schedule was exact and the transition to getting on the market was quick and easy. Bit of a bumpy road due to economic circumstance's, but that is what it is. Louise always had a strategy together and it worked out as planned. Her market knowledge and what was happening in general for the Sydney market was valuable, and we trusted the joint decisions we made. We arrived in a price that we felt comfortable with and sold the house feeling satisfied. Would recommend Louise to others who are entering the market of selling your property.

Phillip Massa & Jessica (Loh) Campos were absolutely marvellous, Phillip went above and beyond with customer service, both to myself and to everyone who inspected my property, spending valuable time with them and their queries. Phillip’s 30 minute ‘open’ was very often extended way beyond and he never rushed anyone. Phillip or Jessica were always there for me to answer any queries I had in between ‘opens’. The sale transaction went extremely smoothly. I would recommend Phillip to anyone.
