There are not enough words of praise for Jackie Taylor-Fox!! We needed to sell our property to be able to purchase an apartment in Victoria Towers, Southport. We decided that it was best to have the same agent to sell and buy as we supposed it would be a better arrangement. Little did we know that it would be one of the best decisions we have made in years. We had a conditional purchase just in case our home did not sell for the price we expected. Jackie worked so hard with each enquiry being a personal inspection, not an open house. At all times she was positive, which kept our spirits up, as we all know selling and buying homes is a stressful business. Jackie was able to liaise with all parties involved and keep us all informed, not an easy task. The highlight was her knowledge of where we were wishing to relocate, Victoria Towers, Jackie knows every detail of the building and how it operates, knowing also the best moving company to use with knowledge of the building, booking the lift, power, every little detail was taken care of and she is still a wonderful support to us since moving.
