Was realistic in the negotiations, a very good communicator and even though we doubted we would get the property, Emma stayed with us all the way, resolving some tricky issues along the way. This was maintained after the property had settled. Emma could have easily forgotten about us, but she remained in contact and even was proactive in helping to find some keys which had been misplaced while we were away. A thorough professional.
